Ruthza Jean-Baptiste, RDH, BS, MPH, MSCE is a passionate healthcare professional, humanitarian, and visionary leader with more than 17 years of experience dedicated to improving the health and well-being of individuals and communities. Throughout her career, she has combined clinical expertise, public health knowledge, and compassionate leadership to make a lasting impact through service, education, and advocacy.
As the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Green Light International Mission Team (GLIMT), Ruthza leads a global nonprofit organization committed to expanding access to quality healthcare, dental care, education, and humanitarian assistance for underserved populations. Under her leadership, GLIMT strives to deliver sustainable, community-centered programs that promote health equity, empower local communities, and bring hope to those facing significant barriers to care.
Ruthza earned a Bachelor of Science degree, a Master of Public Health (MPH), and a Master of Science in Clinical Epidemiology (MSCE). Her academic background, combined with extensive clinical experience as a Registered Dental Hygienist, has equipped her with a comprehensive understanding of preventive healthcare, population health, and evidence-based practice. She is deeply committed to improving health outcomes through education, prevention, and interdisciplinary collaboration.
