Stories like this one describe it best:
A mother brings three children to the clinic. In one morning the youngest gets her first dental exam, the eldest leaves with reading glasses that let him see the board at school, and the mother is treated for a blood-pressure problem she never knew she had. Before we leave, the local nurse has her follow-up plan. That is what a mission week looks like, family by family.
