Dr. Bianca Frederick, DDS, MS, is the Dental Director of Green Light International Mission Team (GLIMT). She is an accomplished orthodontist, educator, and mentor dedicated to advancing oral health through excellence in patient care, education, and humanitarian service. Dr. Frederick practices orthodontics in New York City and serves as part-time orthodontic faculty at St. Barnabas Hospital. Through her leadership at GLIMT, she is committed to expanding access to quality dental care and advancing the organization’s mission of bringing health, hope, and healing to underserved communities worldwide.
