Marie Noel is a faith-filled leader, educator, and advocate for serving communities in need through compassion, dignity, and hope. Born and raised in Haiti, Marie’s life and work have been shaped by a deep commitment to faith, service, and the belief that every person deserves access to care and the opportunity to flourish.

Marie serves as the Director of Faith Formation for the Concord-Carlisle Catholic Collaborative, where she accompanies children, youth, adults, and families on their journey of faith. She holds degrees in Theology and Social Work from the College of Saint Elizabeth and Boston College, bringing together pastoral leadership, education, and a lifelong dedication to serving others.

Throughout her ministry and community work, Marie has been especially passionate about reaching those who are underserved and marginalized. Her Haitian heritage and personal experiences have instilled in her a profound appreciation for the transformative impact that accessible healthcare, education, and compassionate service can have on individuals and communities.

As Public Relations Director and a member of the Board of Green Light International Mission Team (GLIMT), Marie is honored to support the organization’s mission of bringing quality medical, dental, and educational services to underserved communities throughout the world. She believes that healthcare is a powerful expression of human dignity and that acts of compassion can bring healing not only to individuals but also to entire communities. She looks forward to helping share the inspiring stories of lives transformed through GLIMT’s work, building meaningful partnerships, raising awareness of its mission, and inviting others to join in bringing hope, healing, and dignity to those most in need. She considers this opportunity another way of living out her vocation of service by helping connect people of goodwill with a mission that changes lives.
